POIPU BEACH COUNTY PARK
Located at the junction of Hoowili Road and Poipu Beach Road.

The South Shore's most popular beach park with a sheltered near shore swimming area. Good snorkeling. The Hawaiian Monk Seal often comes ashore.

WAIOHAI BEACH
Located adjacent to Poipu Beach Park, near the junction of Hoowili Road and Poipu Beach Road.

A narrow sand crescent that lines a small bay. Offers good swimming and excellent snorkeling. High surf brings dangerous near shore conditions.

POIPU BEACH
At the western end of the Sheraton Kauai Resort at the intersection of Hoonani Road and Kapili Road.

A white sand beach 500 yards long in a small bay. Dangerous water conditions occur during periods of high surf.

COWSHEAD
Located at the western end of the Sheraton Kauai Resort at the intersection of Hoonani Road and Kapili Road.

A popular surfing and bodyboarding site - regarded as one of the best breaks on the South Shore.

BEACH HOUSE BEACH
Located on the way to Spouting Horn at Poipu, opposite the Beach House Restaurant.

A small, roadside beach that almost completely disappears at high tide. Major attractions are snorkeling, snuba and surfing.
