KIPU KAI BEACH
Located between Kawelikoa and Molehu Points. Inaccessible by land.

The Kipu Kai shoreline is 2-miles-long and consists of a series of four beaches divided by low points of rock. A popular destination for snorkel tour boats. A beachcomber's paradise.

MAHAULEPU BEACH
Take Poipu Rd to the Hyatt Regency Kauai. Continue approx. 1-3/4 miles beyond the hotel to a "T" in the road. Turn right at the "T" and go to beach.

Two miles of beautiful shoreline important to archaeologists, biologists, and geologists - an ocean wilderness. Petroglyphs occasionally visible. Popular windsurfing, swimming, beachcombing and shoreline fishing area. Daylight access only.

KEONELOA BEACH
Next to the Hyatt Regency Resort in Poipu at the eastern end of Poipu Rd.

Nicknamed Shipwreck Beach until Hurricane Iwa washed the wreck out to sea in 1982. An historic site. Petroglyphs are sometimes visible (rare). The beach is best known as a bodysurfing, bodyboarding, and major windsurfing site.

BRENNECKE BEACH
Located at the junction of Hoowili and Maa Roads in Poipu.

One of Kauai's most popular bodysurfing and bodyboarding beaches. Best during the summer months when high surf on the South Shore is common. Beware of strong rip currents in the summer.
