The Cottages:
  • Sunrise: a cozy 700 sq. ft. 2-story 1 bdrm / 1 bath cottage with fully equipped kitchen, phone, VCR, queen-size bed & washer/dryer.
  • Sunset: a new Hawaiian style 1 bdrm / 1 bath cottage with fully equipped kitchen, cable TV / VCR & video library, phone, ceiling fan, washer/dryer, outdoor hot shower & BBQ.

These lovely vacation rental cottages are located on the tropical northern shore of Kauai near the town of Kilauea, with panoramic views, sunsets and great beaches just minutes away.
Things to See & Do:
  • Enjoy the mountain, ocean & garden views
  • Experience some of the world's finest surfing, snorkeling and kayaking
  • Hike down to secluded Pilaa Beach or the fantastic Na Pali Coast

Rates and Policies: (Each Cottage)
  • 2 people 6 nights or less = $185/night All Applicable Taxes Inclusive
  • 2 people weekly rate = $175/night All Applicable Taxes Inclusive
  • Cleaning fee $95
  • Deposit $100
  • 50% downpayment at time of booking - balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. $25 fee for cancellations before 60 days.
  • The cottages are not appropriate for children.
