The Accommodation:

These Hawaii vacation rentals consists of three 1 bedroom / 1 bath clean and comfortable guest units in a private home, built specially for vacation rentals. One unit has a full kitchen, and each unit has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, cable TV, private entrance, and sleeps up to 4 people. All of the vacation units have partial ocean views and full mountain views. Please see our Photo Page.

The Location:

Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, the Aina property is located in Hana Town, the Hawaiian town that time forgot. Everyone wants to come to "heavenly Hana", but only a fortunate few make it.

Things to See and Do:

Waterfalls, fresh water pools, black, red and white sand beaches, Haleakala National Park (Kipahulu section), cultural center, hiking, horseback riding, snorkeling, surfing with surf lessons available upon request. Or simply relax under the warm Hawaiian sun!

Rates and Policies:

From $85 per night (single or double occupancy). Parking is included.
$20 per night for each additional person (one child age 10 and under Free per room).
50% Deposit required within 10 days of making reservation.
Payment to be by Cash, Traveler's Check or Postal Money Order. (Personal checks accepted if received 3 weeks in advance of stay.)
2-week cancellation notice is required in order to receive refunds on pre-paid reservations.
72-hour cancellation notice is required for reservations occurring within 2 weeks from date of booking.
Reservations are non-refundable after cancellation periods unless accommodation is rebooked.
