       The Accommodation features:
  • A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath guesthouse with den.
  • Wrap-around decks on three sides.
  • Queen-size bed & sliding door to deck in each bedroom.
  • Large kitchen with all amenities.
  • Washer, dryer, TV/VCR, radio/CD player, wood burning stove. Paddle tennis court. Wireless Internet is available at the main (owner's) house.

The Location:
A peaceful, quiet and secluded vacation hideaway at the 2,200 foot elevation with an expansive view of the ocean and coastline. Directly overlooking Kailua-Kona Village and two miles from Holualoa Town.
Things to See & Do:
  • Visit the quaint artists' town of Holualoa.
  • Enjoy Kahaluu Beach, one of the best snorkeling and scuba beaches.
  • Tour the coffee and fruit farms in the area.
  • Watch the wild turkeys, pheasants and hawks, lumbering cattle and horses.
  • Climb the slopes of the dormant volcano, Mt. Hualalai.

Property
 
Rates and Policies:
  • $165 per night (2 week minimum stay).
  • $1,100 per week (for 4 people or less).
  • Rates are subject to 11.25% tax.
  • Between December 10 and January 10: $210 per night or $1400 per week plus tax for 4 people or less.
  • Four person maximum occupancy.
  • A $200 reservation fee is required. Upon arrival, the reservation fee converts to a refundable security deposit. The vacation package fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks and we use the Pay Pal system for secure Credit Cards transactions.
  • No Smoking inside the house. No parties - you must obtain permission from us before inviting guests to visit you on property.
