  		      The Accommodations feature:
  • Units in 3 different beachfront condo buildings (within sight of one another): the Princess, the Cabanas and the Surfside.
  • All units are fully furnished, upgraded, and spotlessly clean. Linens (including beach towels) and beach gear are provided.
  • High-Speed Internet available at all Princess units.
  • Amenities include TV/DVD, Stereo/Tape/CD player, laundry facilities (Princess units have washer/dryer in unit), full kitchen, telephone with answering machine for free local Oahu calls. Some units include Jacuzzi, DVD players and A/C.
  • Most units have a lanai (balcony) and dishwasher.
  • The Princess has a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and outside BBQ area.
  • The Cabanas has an outside BBQ area.
  • The Surfside has 2 pools plus a kiddie pool, poolside BBQ area and a fitness room with 12-station Universal machine!
  • All units have free, secure parking.
  • ALL MAXWELL CONDOS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING! NO PETS!

The Location:
The Leeward Coast is the driest and most sunny part of Oahu. The coast is bordered by the beautiful Waianae Mountain Range, home to some of the best beaches on the island and in Hawaii.

Things to See & Do:
  • Experience the world famous surfing break at nearby Makaha Beach
  • Swim and snorkel with dolphins and turtles
  • Whale watch from the lanai during the winter months

Vary depending upon condo, # in party, length of stay, and season.  Please inquire about current rates.

 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All condos have a minimum stay - some 5-nights, some 7-nights, and some have 30-nights - none less!
The Surfside Condos are 30-day minimum stay.
All rates are subject to 11.97% mandatory Hawaii tax, a one-time exit cleaning fee, and a 100% Refundable Damage/Loss Deposit—latter two items depend on condo, number of guests, and length of stay..
