LUAHIWA PETROGLYPHS
A very special spot where the ancient Hawaiians still sing their tales in stone across the gulf of time. Covering a three-acre area, most of the picture books are found on the south faces of the boulders.

HULOPOE AND MANELE BAYS
Lanai's most wholesome places - Manele is a picture-perfect anchorage and Hulopoe offers very gentle waves and soothing, crystal-clear water off a beautiful expanse of white sand fringed by palms.

Site of an ancient Hawaiian fishing village - Kamehameha the Great's hideaway - a mecca for archaeologists and anthropologists.

KAHEKILI'S LEAP
Here, Kamehameha's warriors proved their courage by executing death-defying leaps into only 12 feet of water.

KANEAPUA ROCK
Petroglyphs on nearby rocks are stick figures, most with a bird-head motif - a wonderous, powerful area.
